Rosanne Cisney is a Managing Partner and Senior Consultant for RNC Consulting Services. Her consulting business proudly serves employers with services including Human Resources Management, Workers’ Compensation Claims Management, and Loss Control including Food Safety and Safety Management.

Biography

Rosanne brings to the table over 15 years combined experience in human resources, risk management, loss control, business management and experience in the agricultural, landscaping and food service industries. She has been responsible for the areas of human resources & safety for thousands of employees. Prior to starting her consultation company, Rosanne was the Human Resources Director for large grower/shipper/harvester of fresh vegetables. Her areas of expertise include risk management, employee relations, employee benefits, labor law compliance, food safety, and her forte, workers compensation insurance management.

She is truly passionate about human resources, employee safety, and agriculture. She is a member of numerous professional, HR, business and agricultural associations. Rosanne previously serves as Treasurer and a Director-At-Large on the AgSafe Board of Directors and has actively participated in the AgSafe conference planning committee for the past four years. She has been a speaker on various HR and safety topics at the Annual AgSafe Conference. Rosanne has also previously served on the Board of Directors for the Agricultural Personnel Management Association (APMA) and the California Farm Labor Contractors Alliance (CFLCA). RShe is also currently a member of the Santa Maria Human Resources Association.

A California native, Rosanne was born and raised in Santa Maria and attended Allan Hancock College and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Prior to becoming a Human Resources professional, Rosanne owned and operated a retail tropical fish and aquarium business and was active in the community as a 4-H project leader. Rosanne has also been a Notary Public since 2002. Rosanne resides in Santa Maria with her husband A.J. and daughter Claire.
